The SCR DI system is ideal for smaller machines; for larger machines, the SCR P is recommended. Where previously multiple safety relays were often required, the programmable SCR P is used alone and performs all safety functions. In addition, the two independent enable paths make it possible to disable different zones of larger machines. The SCR P monitors up to 5 safety circuits, each with the maximum safety level of PL e. On the one hand, hardware costs can be saved. On the other hand, the wiring effort for the customer is significantly lower, saving considerable time. Thanks to the intuitively operated software, the user can easily program the relay. Providing diagnostic data also plays an important role with the SCR P. These are available to the user via a selectable Ethernet protocol.
